TEACHERS EXCHANGE PROGRAMME
TEACH, LEARN, AND GROW IN MONGOLIA
Join our Teacher Exchange Programme and make a meaningful impact in Western Mongolia. Teach for one or two semesters at one of our partner schools, share your knowledge, learn from local teachers, and inspire the next generation.
WHY THIS PROGRAMME MATTERS
Bayan-Ulgii Province faces unique challenges in education, including limited access to resources, professional development opportunities, and disparities between urban and rural schools.
Our Teacher Exchange Programme is a long-term initiative where volunteers can teach for one or two semesters at one of our partner schools. Unlike the Summer Programme, this initiative is designed for those who want to immerse themselves in the Mongolian school system, collaborate closely with local teachers, and work with students over a sustained period of time.
Volunteers can choose to join for:
- Autumn Semester: September to December.
- Spring Semester: February to May.
